Rebecca Gardner has planned and designed over 150 parties as a professional, for the likes of filmmaker Sofia Coppola (who wrote the introduction to her new book), fashion designer Carolina Herrera, actress Candice Bergen, and Lauren Santo Domingo (co-founder of Moda Operandi and creative director of Tiffany & Co. home collection). Her new book, A Screaming Blast, is a voyeuristic peek into twenty of them, including a dinner for eight in her New York City bedroom (complete with a bar set up in the coat closet) and a wedding with 400 guests.
