If you prefer jewelry in white metals, you're in luck. Everybody makes them, and you can see some of the ones we shot (including pieces from Hermes, Chopard, Ralph Masri, Messika, Maor and a few others) for Luxury Magazine here. ...
As the jewelry editor for JCK Magazine, I pull all the jewelry needed for the original shoots the magazine requires/produces. In the May issue, this includes a story where illustrator Bruno Grizzo was commissioned to create fashion illustrations that incorporated jewelry. I was charged with finding pieces that were (mostly) malleable but also a few statement items. I think the results are really fabulous, and am including some shots, below. Here's my first cover, featuring pieces by Ileana Makri, Sorellina, Jacquie Aiche, Eden Presley, Adel Chefridi and Renee Lewis. ...

Or that Bloomingdales plays Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York" throughout the store every morning when the open the doors? Or that if you buy any two skincare products at the La Mer counter in Bergdorfs, you get a free facial? I didn't either, until reporting this story. It's in the November/December issue...
